The location proved convenient with the metro situated right outside. Breakfast offered a rich selection with constant replenishment. It was like a dream. Our room was spacious and clean. Friendly staff provided excellent service around the clock. They gifted me beautiful flowers. The room included a mini-fridge, and upon request, we also received a kettle.

The location is very convenient, especially being close to the train station. It was perfect after getting off the train. The room was clean and had all necessary facilities. I appreciated the kind staff that assisted us . They were always available and willing to help.
I requested an extra pillow from the room service several times. Eventually, I had to call the reception to finally get it.

The breakfast had fresh ingredients and good coffee (the coffee was really good).
The room was overly hot, even with the air conditioner on. The air conditioner blew directly upwards by the window. A power cut lasted over an hour with no information provided and no backup generator, which interfered with my work.
